DineFlowBook respects your right to delete your account and associated personal data. Use the form below to submit a deletion request. We will review and process verified requests within 30 days.

Submit deletion request

1. Who Can Request Deletion

• Restaurant employees may request deletion of their own staff account.
• Restaurant administrators or managers may request deletion of their own account, or closure of an entire restaurant account on behalf of the business.

If you are a guest or customer of a restaurant, your information is stored by that restaurant inside DineFlowBook. Please contact the restaurant directly to request correction or deletion of your guest records.

2. What Data Is Deleted

After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize:

• Your user profile (name, email, phone number)
• Login credentials and authentication tokens
• Role and staff assignment records linked to your account

Full restaurant account deletion

If a restaurant administrator requests closure of the entire restaurant account, we also delete or anonymize restaurant-specific operational data, including bookings, orders, customer records, menus, branches, reviews, and employee accounts under that restaurant.

3. Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited information where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as tax records, security logs, or anonymized analytics. Any retained data is kept only for the period required by law.

4. Processing Time

We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. Your request is saved securely in our system for review.

5. Deleting the App

Uninstalling the DineFlowBook app from your device does not delete your account or data stored on our servers. You must submit the deletion form above.
